Telemetry for industrial sites and utility infrastructure
Telemetry is the continuous collection of data from remote sites and their control over communication channels. ERKSONS designs and deploys telemetry systems turnkey: from field devices and communication channels to server software, dispatcher screens and integrations with accounting systems. We are a system integrator and a developer — the hardware, the software and the integrations are delivered in one project.
What the solution consists of
- Field level — shutoff devices, meters, sensors and actuators;
- Communication — RTU controllers with 4G LTE/5G (SIM and eSIM), autonomous solar-assisted power;
- Server level — monitoring software with archives, logs and role-based access;
- Integrations — APIs with billing, the customer's databases, 1C/SAP and external services.
SCADA and dispatching
Telemetry data plugs into the SCADA loops and dispatch systems of gas and utility companies: real-time site status, events and alarms (including cabinet tampering), archives for reporting and incident analysis. Such systems are the backbone of automated gas control and metering programs.
Smart utility solutions
On the same architecture ERKSONS builds smart resource metering: smart gas and water meters, automatic consumer disconnection and reconnection, balance and loss control. For logistics there are GPS seals with cargo monitoring, and for asset accounting — the ERFID RFID platform: radio-frequency identification, inventory and anti-theft systems. One industrial IoT ecosystem from one team.

The field layer: certified valves and RTUs
Every SCADA integration starts with a dependable field layer. In ERKSONS smart gas infrastructure projects it is formed by the certified TimeWave DN50–DN300 valves (certificate No. UZ.SMT-01-0103-206173) and RTU controllers with 4G LTE. Real-time telemetry and monitoring, event logs and remote valve control rise to the dispatching and corporate-system level without intermediate black boxes — the data stays under the customer's control.
