A software platform for shutoff device control
ERKSONS is a software developer: we build and maintain a gas monitoring platform that manages a fleet of remote shutoff devices through RTU controllers. The platform is built to the Hududgazta'minot technical requirements and the goals of the automated natural gas control and metering program.
The shutoff device database
For every device the system stores the serial number, diameter, a billing integration identifier (“Hamkor index”), the consumer's name and category: CNG stations, industry, heat sources, SMEs, public-sector and other organizations. The gas utility sees its entire device fleet in a single pane.
Archives, logs and audit
- Hourly and daily valve state archives (open/closed);
- A timestamped log of open/close commands and their execution;
- An archive of anti-vandal cabinet openings with exact times — tamper control;
- A complete history for incident review and reporting.
Access levels
The platform supports three access levels: administrative — full access to all data and parameters; user access for gas supply branches — device registration and removal, consumer data changes; and view-only access for gas supply departments — state and archive monitoring. The role model matches gas utilities' regulations.
API integration with the billing system
Valve open and close commands arrive through an API interface tied to the billing system. Closing runs with the mandated delay; opening only after on-site readiness confirmation, then in stages (10% → 30% → 100%) to fill the pipeline safely. The API architecture lets us connect payment and accounting systems, the customer's databases and external services — the same integration practice behind our ERFID RFID platform with 1C, SAP and Asl Belgi integrations.
Support and source code handover
We work with full transparency for the customer: server and source code handover to the gas utility, uptime control, diagnostics, agreed updates, module customization to the customer's requirements, failure analysis and staff training. Request a platform demo — we will show the system in action.
Integration with corporate information systems
The platform is designed as the integration layer of utility digitalization: an open API links the certified TimeWave valves and RTU controllers with the gas utility's billing, SCADA systems, 1C, SAP and enterprises' own accounting systems. Open/close commands, hourly and daily archives, events and alarms are available to corporate systems in real time — the foundation of transparent natural gas accounting and automatic supply control.
