GRPSh S300 cabinet gas pressure regulating unit with the GHR-BD regulator

The GRPSh S300 cabinet gas pressure regulating unit by the Turkish manufacturer Gazkon — for multi-apartment buildings, mahalla neighbourhoods, factories, administrative and hotel complexes. Supply and installation in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan.

What a cabinet gas pressure regulating unit (GRPSh) is

A cabinet gas pressure regulating unit (GRPSh) is a ready-made pressure reduction assembly: equipment mounted in a protective cabinet reduces the natural gas pressure from the distribution network to the consumer's operating level and automatically keeps it stable regardless of inlet fluctuations and changes in flow. ERKSONS supplies GRPSh S300 cabinet gas pressure regulating units by the Turkish manufacturer Gazkon in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan — with unit sizing for the site, installation and commissioning.

GRPSh S300 Gazkon cabinet gas pressure regulating unit with the GHR-BD regulator — internal layout

The heart of the unit is the GHR-BD gas pressure regulator: a direct-acting, spring-loaded regulator with a built-in safety shutoff valve (SSV). The shutoff is set independently at two thresholds: overpressure cut-off (OPCO) and underpressure cut-off (UPCO); if the outlet pressure leaves the set range, the valve automatically shuts off the gas supply, protecting the consumer's equipment and network. Gazkon is an ERKSONS partner: we supply this manufacturer's equipment with technical support and project-specific configuration.

GRPSh S300 with the GHR-BD regulator — technical specifications

  • Inlet pressure: 1–10 bar (0.1–1 MPa);
  • Outlet pressure: 0.1–1 bar;
  • Regulator: GHR-BD, direct-acting, spring-loaded, with a built-in SSV and independent overpressure (OPCO) and underpressure (UPCO) shutoff settings;
  • Operating temperature: −20 to +60 °C;
  • Connections: inlet 1", outlet 1½"/2¼";
  • Materials: die-cast aluminium body, brass and plastic internals, nitrile (NBR) diaphragms;
  • Media: natural gas, LPG, nitrogen, air.

The direct-acting spring-loaded design needs no external power: the regulator responds to outlet pressure changes immediately and operates autonomously. The built-in SSV removes the need for a separate safety valve — the assembly stays compact and is quicker to service.

Capacity configurations: 100, 150, 200 and 250 m³/h

The GRPSh S300 station is supplied in 100, 150, 200 and 250 m³/h configurations — the size is selected from the site's design flow with a margin for peak consumption. The manufacturer's GHR-B regulator datasheet lists capacities of 150, 200 and 250 m³/h; the 100 m³/h option is an S300 station configuration for low-flow sites. An ERKSONS engineer will help calculate the required capacity from the connected load.

Who it is for: multi-apartment buildings, mahallas, factories and hotel complexes

The GRPSh S300 targets sites with moderate to medium gas consumption:

  • multi-apartment buildings and residential areas (mahalla neighbourhoods);
  • factories and small industrial facilities;
  • administrative buildings and hotel complexes;
  • gas distribution networks — as a pressure reduction node on consumer branches.

The GRPSh is part of the ERKSONS gas equipment direction. If a site needs remote control of the gas supply and telemetry, the unit works together with remotely controlled smart gas valves.

How to buy a GRPSh in Tashkent

We work B2B: consultation and initial data collection (flow, inlet and required outlet pressure, site conditions) → configuration selection and specification → supply from the Tashkent warehouse or to order → installation, commissioning and service support. Delivery covers all regions of Uzbekistan.

The cost is calculated per project (size, pressure, configuration). Leave a request — an ERKSONS engineer will answer your questions, select the GRPSh S300 configuration and prepare a commercial offer.
